Your Commitment and Investment

By joining the tribe, you are committed to living a life that is legacy-bound. You desire to change the fortune of your family, build generational wealth, and impact our world positively. You commit to flip at least one property a year. You commit to joining our monthly Zoom calls where we teach for 45 minutes followed by another 45 minutes of live transactions. You commit to paying $99 per month as a tribe member. For the cost of a good dinner, you get to fellowship with us monthly and do deals. In one year, you will have paid roughly $1,200. You should be able to make at least 5 times that amount when you flip one property. If you are in Silicon Valley, you should be able to net at least $15,000 per flip.
