Concentrate on what you do best, which is contacting potential sellers, analyzing deals and bring them to us. We buy at 80 cents on the dollar minus the cost of repairs. You should be good at comping and analyzing properties. Please do not bring us market rate properties. If possible, conduct home, pest and roof inspections. This would enable us to close faster. If you don't have a deal analyzing tool, ask and we'd gladly send you ours. Do you struggle with the down payment? If you become a member of our tribe, you may not have to use your own money to tie up a deal. If the deal is great, we can take care of the down payment as well.
