Otilia, a LeJoy Village Community

We will be building 18 single family residences here comprising 1400-1600 square feet, 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 stories. The village is at its preliminary design stage. Construction will begin in mid 2025 and completed by mid 2026.
